How to use Bulk Image Resizer
1. Select your input
Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image from your device using the file button or supported drop area. The standard file picker accepts browser-readable images up to 25 MB; decoding support depends on the file and browser.
2. Understand the settings
Width applies to the batch; optional height determines whether the output is constrained in both dimensions. Choose JPG, PNG or WebP and quality.
3. Process and review
Select multiple images, enter width, leave height automatic when preserving proportions, then use Process All Images and inspect each download.
4. Save your result
Use the result’s Download control after processing. Keep your original separately and inspect the exported copy at its intended display size; the preview alone is not the file you will share.
Supported formats
Input: browser-readable images, normally JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 25 MB. Output controls include the shown Keep, JPG, PNG or WebP choices. Keep preserves a supported source encoding choice, not byte-for-byte original data; animation is not preserved.
When to use this tool
Give a group of photos consistent dimensions for a gallery. Check landscape and portrait inputs because a single size can affect their framing differently.
What to check in the result
Inspect an output from each source shape. Resizing does not guarantee identical encoded file sizes across the group.
Continue with Batch Image Compressor when that step fits your workflow.
A practical example
Landscape and portrait photos can both become 1200 pixels wide while retaining different proportional heights.
Capabilities and limitations
Exact width and height can distort mixed ratios. Start with a small batch on an 8 GB device.
Troubleshooting
If mixed portrait and landscape files produce unexpected results, check the shared size settings and inspect each output. Retry a problematic image in Resize Image.
Processing and privacy
Image pixels are processed on your device. Loading the website and processing assets still uses a network connection, and hosting may receive normal request information. Keep original files backed up.
Questions about Bulk Image Resizer
Can one shared size suit mixed orientations?
It may not. Review the ratio settings and use separate batches when portrait and landscape images need different treatment.
Are downloads combined into one archive?
No. Save the individual generated files in the current batch workflow.
